An Institute Instrumentation Centre (IIC) is established at the institute as a centralized research facility. It maintains a centralized inventory of high value equipment like FESEM, XRD, etc. including the equipment procured under SMIRE scheme of the institute. It provides systematic and efficient access to high end research equipment for both internal and external users. All instruments are made available in the I-STEM portal. External academic, industry and startup users can use the institute facilities through the I-STEM portal after paying user charges by following the procedure mentioned below.
- Visit the following link: https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/
- From the drop-down list, select the category IIITDM – KANCHEEPURAM A/C .
- Choose the payment category: I-STEM External Equipment User Charges and make the payment.
- Collect the receipt with Transaction ID and share it with the Faculty In-Charge through the I-STEM Portal for slot allocation.
